I was recently speaking to one of my clients and they were talking about losing one of their new team members. They had invested $18,000 wth a recruitment agency fora BDM in their business. This person only stayed 6 months in the company and again they were looking for a new staff member. As the conversation progressed I spoke to them regarding their retention and staff development systems and planned training wthin their company. This assisted them in realizing the importance of keeping and developing their staff wthin their company.
