Lee Stemm is a highly qualified master NLP trainer, coach, counsellor and martial artist.  Having recently returned from Japan she has developed a new innovative program called "Conflict Mastery Series". Our business unit "Conflict and Self Defence Solutions" focuses on assisting business and organisations with any leadership development or conflict issues within their teams.
